About Next Step Fusion

Established in April 2023 in Luxembourg, Next Step Fusion is a global fusion supply chain company providing key enabling technologies required to design, build, and operate fusion devices.

Our mission is to support fusion companies and accelerate their path to commercially viable fusion by bridging world-class science with deployable, industry-ready solutions.

Each member of our team brings a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in fusion science, engineering, software development, or a related discipline — most with considerably more.

Remote-first across Europe

While the majority of our team is located in Luxembourg, we also have an office in the UK and team members in Barcelona, Lisbon, Prague, and a few other places across Europe.
